The ReachOut mobile application ("App") is provided to you by Clan LEO Pvt Ltd.The terms "ReachOut", "App", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Clan LEO Pvt Ltd.

The terms "you", "your", and "user" refer to any individual who downloads, accesses, or uses the App.Your use of the App is subject to the following Child Safety Policy:

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

We are committed to ensuring the online safety of all users and maintaining a platform free from any form of child exploitation or abuse. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for content or behaviour that involves Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors.

2. Age Restrictions

ReachOut is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We take reasonable steps to restrict access by minors, including self-declaration and account verification measures.

If we discover any underage users on the platform, their accounts will be immediately suspended, and related data will be reviewed.

3. Reporting Inappropriate Content

We provide a reporting feature within the app allowing users to report:

• Suspected underage profiles

• Inappropriate content or messages

• Any behaviour violating this policy

Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and necessary actions—including account suspension or reporting to law enforcement—are taken.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

To help keep our platform safe:

• We monitor user-generated content and communications for abuse using automated tools and manual review.

• We act swiftly on any flagged content or behaviour.

• We collaborate with child protection organizations and legal authorities as needed.

5. Legal Compliance

We comply with all applicable child protection laws, including international laws concerning online safety and exploitation. We report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities or relevant organizations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
